Meet Keith
Keith Kelley is a highly respected leader in California real estate, renowned for his record-breaking sales performance, strategic vision, and steadfast dedication to client success. A Southern California native, Keith attended the University of California, Santa Barbara, on a baseball scholarship before beginning his professional journey in Seattle, Washington, as a mortgage loan officer.
Following three years in Washington, during which he supported his wife through law school; Keith returned to California and quickly distinguished himself as the in-house lender for Keller Williams Realty, in Rancho Palos Verdes.
Within just eight months, he was recognized as the top Loan Officer across both Palos Verdes offices. He later co-founded The Inman Team, where his leadership and deep market insight propelled the team to over $65 million in annual sales—including more than $50 million in Rolling Hills alone. Under his strategic leadership, the team consistently achieved the distinction of being the highest-producing group in the Southern California region across all Keller Williams offices for several years.
Keith went on to play a pivotal role in revitalizing Palos Verdes Realty, the area's original real estate firm, through bold branding initiatives, strategic marketing, and innovative sales techniques. His progressive approach resulted in an exceptional $100 million in closed sales in 2021—his most successful year to date.
As the founder of Keith Kelley Real Estate, Keith now serves a broad client base from Manhattan Beach to Long Beach, with successful transactions spanning from Santa Barbara to San Diego. His extensive portfolio includes Residential, Luxury Residential, Multi-Unit, and Commercial properties, earning him a reputation as a trusted advisor to buyers, sellers, and investors across California's most competitive markets.
Keith's career is defined by integrity, results, and a genuine passion for elevating the client experience—qualities that continue to solidify his standing as a leading figure in the California real estate landscape.
